Overall we enjoyed the cruise. The ship is easy to move around in - Food is excellent - even in the buffet. The employees are friendly and responsive. The entertainment is enjoyable and good. We saw two shows that were included in the price of the cruise and paid for one show. All were excellent. We played bingo and some of the other games. They were fun and the host kept things lively.

However, going ashore for excursions is a nightmare. Norwegian is very disrespectful of your time as a traveler. Two of the four excursion days - we waited for over and hour on one and nearly two hours before we left the ship for another - from the time they told us to meet. All they say is that they aren't in control and they are sorry. They are very disorganized. This experience was unacceptable. We are unlikely to cruise with Norwegian again because of this.

Cabin is a nice size - has plenty of storage. The balcony is a wonderful size - plenty of room .
