Just looked very nice from photos of which the decor was but the service was not at all great. The entertainment was really bad the shows were the same every night but with different costumes. Staff not at all friendly some actually rude. Staff in restaurant not at all friendly enough to hold a conversation or even get to know your name. Thought the food in restaurant was very simple no coffee or tea offered after dinner. Shuttle service from ship was well over priced in fact other shipping lines offer free shuttle services. The only thing going for MSc is you offer drinks packages of which help a great deal. The buffet on the 14th floor had the same food every single day not enough verity for our needs so if you did not like the menu for the day in the dinning rooms the buffet was even worse.
