We enjoyed the Liberty. There were 14 of us, aged 23 - 83. Cabins were nice, Sorrento's pizza was great, Ben & Jerry's ice cream fantastic, Cupcake Cupboard excellent, Windjammer Cafe so-so. Main dining room - our server John, he's the greatest; the bar service was lacking - drinks arrived after meal was finished. Entertainment was mostly comedians, 1 show on ice, 1 show was 1.5 hrs - Saturday Night Fever production (too long for a cruise ship). On board activities were varied for our age groups. As a group we met each night in dining room to talk about our days activities, ports visited and excursions taken.
Beware of outsourced vendors on-board ship - Photography and Spa. Bad information from photographers. We did not purchase photos as we were not happy with outcome. Because we are a large group, there were only 2 areas to have photos taken. We were told by two photographers to go to 'white screen'. We thought they would add background later, wrong. It you are a large group forget the 'white screen' and go for the stairs (which we not told about until afterwards and too late). I wrote a letter to Photography vendor and can not purchase any photos after cruise unless you had ordered on-board.
The Spa - our son purchased a couple's massage for us, were tried to cancel the evening before and told there would be a 50% cancellation fee. We did not want our son to pay $175 for nothing. Our reason for cancellation was medical. We told the masseuse my condition, I was in major pain for days and had difficulty walking after treatment. We understand their policy, but it needs to be consistent. My nephew was able to cancel his couple's massage two hours before and was not charged the cancellation fee.
Nice size for interior. We had promenade view which was nice, not very noisy. Our attendant Delores was great, she accommodated all requests. Shower was very tiny, could not shave legs. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they provide a one for all, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
