This is are first cruise on princess overall staff were very good the cabin steward was very nice he let us in our cabins as the medallions did not work when we arrived at our cabin he said it was due to the time we arrived was early but late they did work. Our luggage arrived very early compared to our last cruise that was nice,My daughter had a blast in the kids club my son did not have a great time in the teen club as on 2 other teens showed up.We had 2 cabins side by side aft ship inside which was very quite and around the corner from the elevators the casino was very small and not ran very well small smoking section and as far as smoking on the ship on deck 7 aft smoking sections was closed a lot and the other 2 smoking sections are forward deck 6 and 16 and it was a long walk from aft.shows are ok.and the food was just ok nothing to write home about.embarkation was fast on the ship within a few minutes anytime dinning was mid ship deck 5 and 6 the down side was they did not have eggs benedict for breakfast like all the other lines.also disembarkation was very smooth.i would like to try another princess ship a newer ship would be nice as this ship is 15 years old.
