We were on the Seaside with 4 other families. Prior to sailing, their website was difficult to navigate. Embarkation was fast and room was ready before 2pm.

Food at the buffets and all specialty restaurants were really good. Specialty restaurants have the best service. But the nightly complementary restaurant needs improvement. Food choices were similar to buffet items and kids menu was unappetizing. They also have a lot of staff just standing around while there is only one person that can handle your bar drinks and took our friend 3 times to get the staff over to order our drinks.

The Spa staff are super friendly and the thermal spa was a cool experience. Our housekeeping guy Antonio was very attention to details and our rooms are always cleaned to perfection.

Aurea Suite

Fairly good size

Port Reviews

San Juan

We dock at 5pm and all board at 12:30 for San Juan which totally did not work for families with small kids.

Nassau

The excursion package was overpriced. We took taxi to Atlantis ourselves and did a day pass so we were not restricted by the group scheduled.
