Been on 30+ cruises...the wife and I are in agreement that if we start whining and complaining about a cruise, it may be a sign that cruising is no longer for us. I understand hiccups in any vacation, but am of the philosophy that 'you get out what you put in'. That being said, if you're looking for someone to tear-apart/nit-pick/etc, look elsewhere....when you're provided constant food/beverage, cabin cleaning, entertainment, etc., we feel it's nothing short of a blessing.
For those of you who have read negative reviews (and are nervous about your cruise), I hope this helps. Some people love to complain, and unfortunately they are the ones who tend to write reviews...Here's a bit of a different perspective on cruising.
Took the 5-12 May Bliss Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Nothing short of spectacular...maybe our best cruise ever.
