Cabin: Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

This was our first cruise and overall we had a great experience. We had a mini-suite and the room was spacious with a balcony. Our room steward was wonderful and really took care of us! The ship has a lot of activities that you can take advantage of. There are plenty of dining options and the buffet is HUGE. We do wish that the pool area was larger or that there was another adult pool on the ship, we didn't even use it because it was always so crowded. The aft sun deck was great. The waterfall/dipping pool was not working the first few days of the cruise, but once they got it fixed it was also very crowded. We had plenty of excursions to choose from, although transfers to the last one were delayed so cut into our excursion and shopping time. The ship staff does need to work on giving better information to first-time cruisers though. We felt lost a few times, especially with disembarkation. Overall we had a great time and would cruise Norwegian again, but think we will try a different cruise line next time just to compare.

Very spacious cabin and loved the balcony.

Miami

We just stayed one night the day before the cruise, but didn't have time to do any sightseeing.
