Having done many ocean cruises this was our first river cruise,so had no idea what to expect. The ship was great, crew brilliant, food fantastic quality and great fellow guests, it was perfect.

The included trips were informative with knowledgeable guides. The customer service was the best I have experienced from the lovely Joana in housekeeping, Tommy in the bar and Carla and Cruz in the restaurant . Nothing was too much trouble and we felt thoroughly spoiled and extremely well looked after.

The management team were excellent and continually asked guests if all was well . Briefings on the up and coming ports were really helpful and good fun. Read more
