Boarding went very smooth. No waiting for us. Food was not good at all. The last meal was Prime Rib, that was okay. If they would cut you what you wanted. The buffet lines were long. There are a lot of people that are just rude. Will push and shove you. Jump in front of you at elevators. NCL can't do anything about that. We had a balcony room, found it small. Could not hear intercom. Had to open the door, then you missed what they were saying. It was very confusing for excursions. Everyone went into the theater and waited to be called. We had no problem with getting seated in any of the 3 dinning rooms. But couldn't get into any of the pay dinning rooms. We were hoping the food might be better. Everything was very clean. Had no problems with that. The next to last day was a big problem. We had bought a transfer voucher from port to airport. Then on the ship we signed up for Port Valet. For our airline there was no fee. We were to get 4 luggage tags and our airline tickets. We only got 2 tags and one airline ticket. After my 2nd trip to customer service they printed my airline ticket but could not get the other 2 luggage tags for airline. This service would be great if it worked. We put our tickets on 2 suitcases and put them outside the cabin by 11pm. We were going to check the other bags when we got to airport. By the time we got off of ship we got notification that our flight had changed. Our luggage didn't. It took 2 days, airline found it. I couldn't notify NCL until Monday.

Only had 1 hour. Couldn't get to the Glacier and back.

Very good, just didn't have enough time to see town.
