Ive been on 4 carnival cruises and this by far was the worst one. I don't even know where to begin. The boat constantly smelt like donkey butt, walking up and down the hallway to our room made me want to vomit countless times. The only good food on the boat was Guys Burger Joint and the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The customer service was TRASH, i couldn't believe it. My boyfriend and i had a couples massage that was roughly around $300 us (were from Canada) and i felt so sick through-out the entire thing, i said no hot rocks and the lady still put hot rocks. I had to rush away after because i was going to get sick. Later that night we received a voucher for $50 off at the spa & we thought oh well we just had a massage, lets see if we can use this towards it since we didn't plan on going again. We went down to the guest services and the guy explained that the spa was a different company so we would have to go ask them but that he didn't think it would be a problem. Well... we get up to the spa and explain our situation and politely ask and the lady immediately had such bad attitude and was like " no they're delivered at a specific time, you can't use it towards that but you can put it to another service." and gave us the b****iest look. We just walked away in complete dissatisfaction. We also both purchased the "social plan" wifi which only allows you to go on facebook, messenger, and snapchat and the top airline sites for $50.. the other Carnival i went on was $10 a day for all around wifi, which is how it should've been. This one didn't work while we were in our room, we had to go all over the boat just to get it to work, i tried to video call my mother via messenger like it says and it wouldn't work. Regular features on those sites weren't working either. We were so angry and annoyed at this point in the cruise. We went down to the guest services and explained to them everything and expressed how it wasn't fair and once again, TRASH customer service. The lady just looked at us and was so quiet and just said video calling doesn't work for our plan (it never said that when we purchased) and said there was nothing she can do and just kept looking around. We walked away again! so fed up of carnival. Its not over yet, we were at the bar one night and we just wanted gingerale because i was not feeling well and to be fare, it wasn't that busy. My boyfriend was trying to get the bartenders attention for a can of gingerale and he just straight up YELLED at us and said "are you next?!"with the dirtiest look on his face. It was so rude! Also every set of cutlery i grabbed whilst aboard was dirty, it was disgusting.Theres probably more but I'm going to end it with this last one. Every single time we got pizza from the 24 hr pizza place, it was burnt. EVERY SINGLE TIME. So on our last night i was so FED UP of everything and the service i was getting that i decided to ask the guy for "non burnt lightly toasted pizza" when he handed me yet another burnt pizza. He looked so annoyed with me and just gave the burnt one he tried to give to me to the lady behind me and she looked so displeased. I explained ill wait and he just gave me a dirty look. the fresh one came out and he only gave me 2 slices of it and i said no i want a full one please.. once again ANOTHER dirty look. Then my boyfriend asked for him to politely refill the parmesan when he had a chance and he then again just gave him the dirtiest look. LIKE IM SORRY BUT WE PAID FOR THIS, FOR EVERYTHING AND IT WAS JUST COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never sail carnival again.

Half Moon Cay

Worst port I've been too. Everything costed, only 2 shops and one beach and bar. there was nothing you could walk to, there were no transportation busses to take you into town unless you were on an excursion. So disappointing.
