Embarkation was relatively easy if you consider two hours normal for a large ship. The specialty dinning was nothing special; The Manhattan has a wonderful menu every night and the managers have the staff working together to provide excellent service. The Manhattan had a nice variety of dinner shows. For example, I was served purple veal at La Cucina and walked right out and went The Manhattan. Who designed the Atrium and thought it would be a good idea to hold entertainment events there requiring people to sit on folding chairs in aisles and making difficult to conduct business at Guest Services, Excursion Counter, etc? The “reservation “ system for shows is an unnecessary burden. Those needing extra assistance disembarking should do so BEFORE the general public (as the airlines do). Ramming wheelchairs down the ramp through the crowd is dangerous for all involved. IT on board is poor; restaurant staff walking around with lap tops instead of tablets, poor WiFi in cabins and staff writing food orders on paper. Other companies have a better system of disembarking by having groups separated by tag color wait in different areas of the ship. The Cruise Director did a poor job; he would rather be the center of attention than create a better system of communicating useful daily information (hint, a televised morning show)
Plenty of luggage storage under the bed. Poor tv channel selection
Took a city bus. Easy and about $25 person entrance fee and bus
