I really missed the typical Carnival atrium with the glass enclosed elevators that ascended top to bottom. The atrium area of the Vista had a neat LED "fish tank" but not as impressive as the typical atrium area. I wan't impressed with the Havana Bar or cabins either. Didn't care for the stage show. The more I cruise, the less I like the food in the Main Dining Room. The Steak house was excellent as usual and I also enjoyed the other specialty dining options. By far the worst in my 6 cruises. Otherwise, the ship was enjoyable.Shore excursions were a mixed bag. Snorkeling in Belize was the best we've done. Snorkeling in Cozumel was an afterthought because we were pulled from the water very soon after we got in due to inclement weather - certainly not the excursion operator's fault. We purchased FTTF and that always makes a big difference embarking and debarking.

Cabin 8E

One of the better cabins regarding less noise and getting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately there are the typical kids running in the hallways which is always annoying.
