This is our second Viking ocean cruise and we have already booked our third!
The ship is luxuriously appointed with comfortable seating everywhere. There is a choice of dining venues from the informal World Cafe to the Chef's Table. Food is outstanding at each and every venue.
The onboard "enrichment" (lectures, talks, films etc.) were all most interesting and enjoyable, with some outstandingly good speakers. The expeditions were also excellent, well planned and interesting. They even provide a 'shuttle bus' service for passengers wishing to arrange their own excursions.
Although ours was one of the more modestly priced rooms, it was still spacious and comfortable. The beds were nice and firm and the desk space adequate for my needs. The bathroom was well appointed and spotlessly clean with a good selection of shampoo, shower get etc. Our stateroom steward, Sammy, could not have been more helpful and obliging.
A very interesting visit to the Roman theatre. I found that the stories about the acoustics of these ancient theatres are true - from almost the top of the seating we could hear someone speaking on the stage. No microphones in those days!
