We have been on many cruises. First time on Royal Caribbean. Worse, boring, and not friendly Cruise ever!! No entertainment on the pool area deck. The DJ was terrible in the Viking Lodge ,stopped the music, and turned on all bright lights every time someone spilt a drop or dropped a drink. The centerium area of the boat was mostly dead and the bar was design were your back was to entertainment area. The ship was old and didn’t looked kept up. There were a few issues with the electronic part. Even the guy doing (employee) music trivia complained about the age and out dated equipment. Honestly felt like we were at a floating nursing home. If bingo is your thing, Royal Caribbean Cruise is for you. On a positive note, we did like that the drink package was unlimited and usable off the boat. CooCay was very nice and well kept. Pool was clean and service was decent. CooCay was definitely the best part of the whole trip. Never again! Carnival ships in the future.
