Where to start. The "guest" is treated like cattle on embarkation. Once inside the ship, their bars did not have the necessary items to create basic frozen drinks. This issue lasted all cruise long. No room service menu in cabin, broken phome in cabin, incomplete room service orders. Cabins attendant did not ntroduced herself, we finally saw her at the end of the second night by coinsidence. Not enough life jackets in cabin for the amount of passagers and the front desk REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE MISSIMG ONES (no joke).
The food quality in the main dinning room was so poor that we went there just one night. The buffet food was fresh and the dinning area was clean but the food had no flavor. Why? The ingredients and the cooking personnel was there so what was the issue? Who knows. Hot items were cold and cold items were warm.
Onboard stores did not engage with passagers interested in purchasing high ticket items. It appeared to me that the employees were there more to protect the merchadise from theft than to assist customers in a sale.
Old, worn out. Basic amenities missing or broken. Air conditioning could barely keep up so it was hot during certain times of the day.
