I chose the Norwegian Sun after checking online with all the cruise lines for the most updated ship. I was looking for remodeled well kept well painted clean looking with great reviews. I also asked co workers , friends that have gone on cruises and they confirmed Norwegian was the best for what I was looking for. Our Ship was true to what I learned and on arrival at port the first thing I saw was staff lifted up on the side of the Sun doing touch up paint what a way to confirm choice. During our stay our room was clean the whole ship was clean we even saw members cleaning the walls and elevators etc......... The restaurants were very clean staff worked hard to stay on top of everything I noticed.

entertainment staff were fun, embarking and disembarking went smooth and quick!

Now for the reason I am writing this, On our first Friday night the garden restaurant served Ratatouille It was the first time I ever tried it and it was so amazing I would love to know the recipe... If possible I would like to know what the sauce ingredients were. It was so good that I have never ate any food that excellent..
