Recently (4-6-2019) traveled on MSC cruise to the western Caribbean on board the Seaside. The ship was fabulous and most of the crew was great.
Unfortunately the excursion at Jamaica (OCH42) fell well below MSC standards.
This was a snorkel / beach trip. The loading of the boat took approximately ½ hour, then the snorkel stop was only 20 minutes. The beach stop was at an abandoned or shut down motel. The beach and water was very dirty and trashy. Local drug dealers trying sell their goods.

Upon check in we found our cabin to be pretty dirty, the cabin attendant welcomed us and we pointed out all the dirty conditions. He apologized and NEVER corrected the problems.
