We booked this family cruise for a family anniversary . They were first time on msc but had cruised before . We had done msc divina twice before . I had told them how great the food was and ship . We watched a channel 5 program on this and was expecting great things

The atrium is grand and beautiful just as the divina had been . The staff as on another review left allot to be desired many on the food court deck 8 were nothing short of lazy and certainly it was not kept to levels you would expect . Mum even commented are we in mcds clear it yourself n dirty tables . After few days we complained . Various family me,beers encounter filthy toilets disgusting in fact . Some were even showing signs of wear and it's a new ship ! Mum got locked in toilet after handle fell off !!
