The freedom is a very confusing ship. It takes days to learn how to properly navigate through the ship. You can’t just walk from one area on a floor to the other you often have to take a elevator to an upper floor, walk over then come back down. Who designed this ship must have been half sleep at the time. Also the basketball court is very small and there’s a skylight from the dining room taking up so much space preventing the guest from playing basketball. Also the basketball court is only open when the dining room is closed due to noise from the basketball bouncing over their heads...hmmm so why would they put a court there in the first place. Makes no sense! This cruise was my 2nd cruise, first with carnival and most likely my last. The food was horrible when I say horrible I mean horrible. My friend said it reminded him of prison food. The wings you can order from room service for 5.00 are really good though but the quality of food you get from anywhere on this ship that is included is terrible, bland or taste so bad it doesn’t even seem like food.
