I'll start by saying we have used other cruise lines and had not tried TUI/Marella till last year and liked it so decided to try this cruise as it had Colombia and overnight in Cuba as two of the destinations.
I really like the Dreamliner planes very roomy and flight was good. Flight landed at Jamaica and we had to stand in a queue for an hour to find when we got to the desk only one man checking passports and immigration cards, not the best start when you've had a long flight! (Last year with TUI in Barbados there was no queuing)
Cruise: Colombia the Tui excursion to Santa Marta beach hotel was excellent value , beautiful resort with several pools and the lunch they served was delicious. I don't think they oversell their excursions as most turned out to be so much better than they were described in brochures . Our walking tour of Havana was a tour on the coach, and we saw revolution square and other places of interest, then a mojito cocktail in a gorgeous old Havana Hotel with a Cuban band playing!
