Ship is beautiful and clean. Communication is what was lacking. Some spoke english well others did not. When asked questions 95% of the time we were given wrong info as I feel they didn’t understand and they wanted to fudge an answer so we would move on.
The aurea experience is over rated. The spa is nice but was promised a 60 min massage for free was told no it’s up to 60 minutes and had a 30 min massage. The aurea deck is to be kid free had 3 kids in the hot tub with my husband and I with goggles and snorkels .....
Free gelato was advertised as part of the package but had a 12 charge when got it because apparently it’s only free in certain areas on the ship. Again lack of communication. Upgraded to the premium package as the free drink package given was super limited on drinks. Was told a certain price for the both of us to upgrade but then to find out it was the price for both of us individually not told for each of you but both of us I believe it was a lack of them knowing how to explain. All to a tune of $400 plus dollars that was unexpected.
Very clean
Shower is small but how much room do you need?
Bed was comfortable
Quiet rooms and we were near the buffet
Toilet was clean but didn’t smell clean
Perhaps they need Mr clean or a strong deodorizer to clean with
Had regular TV channels for when you wanted to chill in your room
They had movies you could rent on the TV
Come on people nice to have a free list
Love the app it was a great tool
Would be cool if you could message other travelers with it like Royal Caribbean
