We booked a group of about 26 to go on this cruise. The majority of us are avid Carnival customers and sail annually. The food, service, cleanliness, and attitudes of some of the staff members made this a terrible experience! Never doing Carnival again! I had made a reservation at the steakhouse but cancelled it because my granddaughter & her parents jumped on onboard last minute. The steakhouse called to confirm my cancellation, and still charged me $177.00. The communication between the staff is horrible! Every meal was subpar with steaks being too tough to eat and very overcooked! We sent food back only to be disappointed in the replacement. We tried the buffet on the Lido deck and much of it was cold when it should have been warm. The eggs for breakfast was rubberized . I have never been so disappointed in the food on a cruise. The positive things were the shows. Every single one was entertaining! The temperature of our cabin was ok while sailing but had trash from the previous occupants in the closet.

Cool temperature. Not thoroughly cleaned, dust everywhere & trash from prior occupants in closet. It was spacious enough.
