Traveled with children

We booked this cruise with extended family. First stop was CocoaCay. All the on ship advertising and email that we received mislead us to believe that the water park and resort style pool was open. The staff on the ship agreed with me that our kids will have a wonderful time on the waterslides at CocoaCay. When we got there, it is still under construction. Really disappointed the kids.

We booked two rooms (ocean view with balcony) they were okay, but have a stale, musty smell. Bathroom really need to be updated. Shower had cracks, etc. They clearly spent the lion's share of their renovation money on the common areas of the boat not in the cabins.

Service was good, there were a few really attentive servers at dinner. However, the food at dinner was subpar. First night three of the four adults ordered Prime Rib and had to send it back as it was to tough to eat.
