We chose this cruise because it was a bit last minute for spring break and we could drive to the port as flights were hard to get.

Embarkation was a bit rough. We got to the port around 11am and it wasn't too crowded yet. When we went up to check in, 3 of the 4 ladies were on their first day on the job. None of them knew how to use the computer (we asked and their "training" was watching a 2-hour video prior to checking people in). It took a long time and the 4th agent was trying to help. When boarding started, they scanned my key card and it had my husband's picture on it. They moved me to another line and it took about 20 minutes to get that fixed before we could board. By the time they fixed it, there was a long line of people behind me that had a similar issue. Clearly more hands on training is needed!

We had a mid-ship balcony room on the 13th floor. The rooms and hallways were very narrow, it was hard to pass someone walking the other way down the hallways. The bed is very close to the closet and the front wall so it's difficult getting dressed and moving around the room with another person in the room. I did know that before booking the room so I can't complain. The balcony was very small - it would have been nice to have 3 chairs out there since there were 3 of us in the room. Read more
