This was our second trip on the Bliss and I would have to say I was incredibly disappointed. We did the Mexican Riviera from LAX. Getting on the ship was a nightmare. We had to wait over two hours in line to get onboard and it was beyond unorganized. We had a Jr. Suite and it was what we expected, large bathroom and decent space. Our cabin Stewart was less than stellar. We ask for extra towels and he was less than accommodating, but finally gave in. We travel our own shower head and left the ships one under the sink, only to find it went missing. The first day our room did not get made up until 4:00 pm. The second to last day we found our frige locked and our pool towels missing. Our room was cleaned, but barely. The bar staff was crazy amazing (except in the Casino, those guys should not be in the people business, all of them acted like they hated their job). Food was good, but definitely nothing to shout about (except for the pay for Cagney’s and Los Lobos). I was most disappointed by the windows where food was not available (except for the Local, which we were told was dine in only). Why couldn’t there be light snacks available 24 hours a day in the observation deck? Not full meals, just chips and salsa and light desserts? Ports were ok. I could skip Mazatlon and Puerto Vallarta, but Cabo was worth the trip. Would I recommend this...probably not. The Bliss was Blissful in Alaska but lost is luster for Mexico. NCL you need to up your game....
