This was my 27th cruise with NCL since 2004. They have progressively gotten worse since that time. Specifically the food, service, and loyalty to their returning customers.
Lobster use to be available in the main dining room and specialty restaurants. Not anymore! The desserts used to be something to look forward to. Not anymore! The desserts are made for the masses now. You know every day in the buffet there will be some flavored sheet cake moose/gelatin cut into rectangles with a piece of chocolate stuck into it to look fancy! So disappointing!
The service is much different now. We used to feel special. Now we are just another number. You would assume being a “platinum plus” member NCL would elevate you to a higher level. NOPE!
The cabin steward was fine. Just the room was too small.
Rip off!!! We should get a discount like the crew does!!!
