After having been on a few cruises now, 4 in 4 years I have experienced a decent variety. The layout of this boat was odd. The running walking/jogging track was on the main outdoor deck with the pool, water slides, smoking section, and kid pool and water play area. It was impossible to exercise there because people whom were just innocently walking were constantly in the way and when you were the innocent walker trying to get around the narrow walkway there was imminent danger of a trampling.
This was the least environmentally friendly brand I have been with. They use single use plastic cups on the outside pool deck which blow in the wind and off the boat. The bathrooms use small single use shampoo and conditioner when other cruise lines large distributors in the bathroom alleviating the small plastic bottle waste. Staff were not quick to pick up empty items or cups which added to the litter. I watched some plates sit for several hours outside on the pool deck in the sun and this just had never been my experience. I was impressed by all other brands for cleanliness. This one. NO.
The Great Stirrup Cay island is horrendous and Norwegian should be embarrassed to overtake this small island and turn it into a tourist dumping ground. Garbage bins over flowed. 3 cruise ships were parked at this small island, not a place to stand, or sit. Lines to long for food and drink and more disposable plastic garbage. This island disgusted me. It is the epitome of what makes human horrible in the world, overtaking something beautiful for money and ruining it.
Room was great and loved the space. The tub wouldn't have been used if it were jacuzzi but that deck was awesome.
