Balcony very nice. outstanding concept of complimentary restaurants. Only nccl has. First time with norweign. 35 cruises with carnival and royal carribean. Bufett was the worst selection of food and tasteless. Had electrical fire at 2am on my deck had too evac to pool deck for 2 and a half hrs. Finally brought coffee at 4am. Ship was clean and cruise director did a very good job.got on board late due to post cruise guests late getting off. Carried own luggage and getting off was fast and efficient. Dislike Miami port due to long walk from parking. I desided I will not go out of the port of Miami again.port Canaveral, jax, and tampa only.smoking areas were very scarce. Deck 13 at open air bar only after refueling. And cigar room only. Casino smoking only when open. So only place to smoke when we got onboard for3hrs was cigar room with15 seats and you needed a knife to cut thru the smoke.rccl going to have to change that.
