Check-in was quick and easy; less than 15 minutes as there were many staff available.
There is a specific area at the Buffet for "children and family" which minimizes the amount of chaos during meal time. We also enjoyed the Adult's Only Lounge and Bar on the 18th floor where you will find a beautiful view and some relaxing time while overlooking the outdoors. Entertainment each evening was excellent. We never missed a show! Much to do on board; F-1 Simulator, bowling, Virtual Reality games, Cirque Soleil, just to name a few. Heated indoor pool and hot tubs along with outdoor pool/tubs. Spa Thermal area was small but also enjoyable. We found the staff to be friendly and always just a few steps away. Meals at the buffet and dining room were varied and enjoyable. We were given a table for two each evening. As far as the speciality restaurants, we tried both the Sushi restaurant and the UK Pub and found both to be good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the meals on the ship so had we not had a chance to try any of the speciality restaurants, we wouldn't have been disappointed. We would have prefered more English speaking channels on the television for when we were relaxing in our room. Disembarking was easy and the most enjoyable of any cruises we've been on. The Bellissima has an area set aside where you can drop your luggage and they will hold it for you up until 1:00pm so that you may simply leave your room and enjoy the ship until you disembark... without pushing any suitcases around! WELL DONE MSC!! We'll definitely be back!
Small but modern.
We have been before. Took an underground tour and then had Naples pizza for lunch.
