We always ship Princess. This trip was not up to our expectations. Cleanliness of room, problems with bathroom and continued after steward was notified. Problems with internet usage. Front desk staff not helpful at all. We are elite status and laundry service was charged. Was very difficult to get charges removed. It was necessary for us to visit the service desk multiple times before the correction was done. Horizon staff not accommodating. We had to ask for drinks several times and we were told if we didn’t like something we could move. Our bedding was good. We would have preferred a top sheet for cover.
The ship was not user friendly. Difficult to navigate from one end to the other. Other ships seemed much easier to get around on. We will continue to use Princess however we will probably reserve other ships.
I’m not sure we will travel the Royal Princess again.
