We sailed out of Miami on Saturday, April 6th. This was our 17th cruise. What is normally a short wait to board the ship, we waited in line for an hour and a half until we finally were able to board. Once on the ship, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and toured the ship which seemed to be ship shape even though it is headed for dry dock in early May. Our cabin number 8295 was a balcony. Jed, our room steward was the ultimate professional. My wife had previously broken her foot and Jed made sure that her ice bag was filled morning and night. The room was well-kept with plenty of storage and closet space.
We saw a few shows and they were what you would have expected on a cruise ship.
Although I thought the food choices to be somewhat limited, the service was impeccable.
