We have cruised many times before but this was our first cruise on a Princess ship.

When we booked this cruise we asked for fixed dining for our evening meal. Once on board the ship we found our time for evening meal had changed yet again - this was changed twice in the UK - without notification - from 8.15pm to 7.15pm and then on arrival on the ship to 7.45pm again without notification.

The service in the Allegro dining room was terrible - most nights well over 2 hours for a 3 course meal - too late for seats in the shows. Read more
