I have cruised with Norwegian years ago and so much has changed. We were shocked with the service.
In main dining, we many of times waited more than an hour to be served dinner, with no one coming back to our table to see if we needed refills etc. In Savor we asked to switch out our appetizers because we didn't like them and they did, but when we were done, the waiter basically asked for an additional tip because he swapped out our appetizers. Bold!
The cabin steward was just okay. Met our needs. The buffets for lunch and dinner, served the same thing everyday. The food was just okay at best. Mostly bland.

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom
It was just okay. Very small for 4 people. We were happy to have a balcony because when someone was done getting ready, they would sit on the balcony so we would have more room.
