We have been on 7 NCL cruise, and this was the worst. If this had been our first NCL cruise, it would be the last! I also think the drink package - which we use - has created too many drunk idiots running around on board.
Never cruise during spring break or any other time school is out unless you are forced to cruise with children. haha
There were unsupervised children at bars, casino, shirtless in public areas, etc. Inadequate bar staff at the pools; rarely found a chair near the pool; you have to go thru the casino to go from one side to the other on deck 6. Getting on/off the ship was a challenge and time consuming. Service at Taste for breakfast was inconsistent.
We have been on 17 cruises, this was the worst bathroom design ever. Additionally, the room did not have enough light. I would avoid the Epic or any other ship with this design! It is also hard to get around the cabin with two people, would not consider this cabin for more than 2 people. We did like the ample storage and enjoyed - for the first time - the aft facing balcony. Twice (one time at 11:15pm) our toilet would not flush.
Not a fan of the area.
2+ days to get here and not impressed.
Love St. Thomas, but 6 hour stop is a joke.
The tender process to get off the ship is almost as bad as waiting for a ride at Disneyworld. Enjoyed the beach, except $6 for a bottle of water. Interesting that water is a higher 'value' than Gray Goose...don't get why you have to pay for bottle water but booze included as a perk.
