This cruise did well at improving everything that makes vacations and travelling annoying. Embarkation is quick if you come early, staterooms are cool and comforting, and the architecture and activities onboard make you forget there are 6500 people. We loved the random nooks of inviting ambiance, like the live Jazz on 4, the Bionic bar, Vintages wine bar, all excellent, and then when we want sun and conversation the Solarium is the perfect luxurious spot. The unique and engaging nature of the whole ship makes it great for all ages. If anything could be improved, it would be the vegetarian options. Or more like option, since you only get one choice wherever you eat except at the buffets. Formal dining and specialty dining vegetarian options are delicious but unimaginative. We loved the casino, the atmosphere is spot on and it's never overcrowded. Also highly recommend springing for the deluxe drinks package and the ocean view stateroom. I wish the all access tour wasnt so expensive and only two time options, I'd love to see how this ship works.

Wonderful experience with variety and relaxation

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony
Cabin 6D
High quality furnishings and comfortable bathroom, loooove the balcony. Could use hooks for hats and swimwear and pass chains. Lighted mirror needs cooler CCT and higher lumens for makeup application.
Deck 14 Inside Cabins, Balcony Cabins, Suite Cabins

Fascinating day led by Diego Z and driven by Hugo. Love the rich history and current cultural context, made me really want to learn more and see more ruins. Didnt ever feel like they were trying to sell me something, yet we were inspired to buy the cool Mayan glyph works and calendar. Amazing experience. Try to go on a dry week, we had no mosquitos at all. The tour itself is shaded throughout by the jungle. You get a guided tour with a little time to explore and take pics at each stop, but not much time. It's more fun to contextualize what the guide says about each location than to try to coordinate a shot at each. Otherwise it's just stones with no story.

We got off for a bit of shopping. It's clear this is a new port as it's not much to do and there's construction happening, so maybe it will improve. Lots of shouting from the salespeople, especially for cabs, which can get irritating.
