This was our third cruise, though the first with Royal Caribbean. It was also our first with baby, now 10 months. We chose Royal Caribbean since since they have the Royal Babies progam, which I will mention more later.

Embarkation was a breeze! We did not show up too early since we have a 5 hour drive to Galveston but it was still very busy. Luckily a very kind lady ushered us over to the line for disabled passengers (I guess since we had the baby in stroller and were struggling a bit) which was completely empty. We were on the boat within 20 minutes of arriving at the port.

The Voyager of the Seas is a beautiful ship. We were very impressed with the Promanade as Carnival has nothing like that. The staff were all wonderful. Our cabin steward was amazing and made the baby's pack-n-play so cute each night using his toys and such to decorate :). SOOOO many staff wanted to talk to and pat the baby, he was very popular with them all and absolutley loved the attention!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Our cabin was the first balcony cabin at the front of the ship. We had great views, no noise though still close enough to elevator access.
