Clean. Steward was responsive and friendly.

If you are not with a family, this may be a good option for you. They pushed drinking and the music was so loud and vibrating you couldnt appreciate it. Snorkeling was so so. Not s great reef. Not great for families. 

We liked stingray city. 
Negatives:  were slot of boats anchored and many people in the water. The later snorkel, didnt provide fins. Water was choppy and without fins, you got tired more quickly. Snorkel was too brief. 
Positives: staff was well organized, explained everything clearly do you knew what to expect. Stingray city was fun. 

I would have given this s higher rate iffy they didnt tell us that because we were a family of 3, we were going to be split up. The buggys hold 4 passengers. They wanted to fill every seat. They didnt seem to care that they were splitting up s family. Neither did Carnival. They basically said you either agree or not go. 
We are in an unfamiliar country. That is why we booked with Carnival. To be on a safe family excursion. The buggy ride was over half the excursion time. That would mean either me or my husband would be seperated from out family for over half the time if the excursion.  Full disclosure. Carnival did provide a 15% refund.  
The excursion on the buggy was fun. The snorkeling was the best out of the 3 ports. Downside is that we were not able to snorkel for very long. We would have liked at least an hour. 

This was not a bad cruise, was average based on experiences we have assess from past cruise lines.Let me say that again, really bad.
