This ship is old and either in need of a huge refurbish or it should just be retired. It was difficult for handicapped people to get from one floor to the next in certain areas because the elevators did not stop at every floor. The rooms were so small you could hardly walk between the wall and the bed. Even the room attendant had trouble making the bed. There is limited number of drawers and the shower had a curtain. There is a running deck over deck 6 rooms and every morning we were awakened by staff rolling carts or by joggers. The dining was also bad. In the captain's club, there was a long black hair baked into a piece of chicken wrapped in bacon. At the buffet there was hair in the fruit. The culture of the staff on this ship needs to be changed from the top down. While some of the staff was friendly and what you would expect, the majority looked liked they didn't want to be there and were at times rude. The wait staff we had in the dining room need to get other jobs. Couldn't get water refills, the head waiter never had anything but a scowl on his face. We ended up eating in the buffet after two nights. The buffet was limited in choices and the Gluten Free options were few. The ship does not tag which foods are gluten free, so every meal, a manager had to be called. They also did not have separate lines for diamond plus and higher at embarkation so it took an hour to get through the line.

We did not realize it was spring break and the college kids were constantly drunk and somewhat rude--blocking aisles, etc. Never saw so much bare skin in one place. Could not get to a bar to order a drink. It was awful for the families with little kids on board.

Cabin Review

We had an ocean view cabin on the 6th floor. It was extremely noisy at night because it was fairly close to the elevators where drunk passengers liked to hang out and talk. There is also a running track on deck 7 above the staterooms.
