Great experience - sad that we could not go to the islands but loved it so much we booked our next cruise on the Grandiosa in December. Staff is excellent - room was always in immaculate condition. Deck was a bit crowded seeing that we could not get off on the islands however still loved it. I do feel better planning in buffet area as we queued Very long and then had no table to sit and eat.

Really looking forward to our next cruise and hope that we will have the same service! It one staff member I walked passed or saw did nothing - they all worked and did their best to make our experience the best!
