This was a return visit on the same journey. Decided to upgrade from an ocean view cabin, to a mini-suite with balcony.

On arrival our toilet was blocked and flooded our bathroom and wardrobe area. This blockage took some hours to resolve. Bathroom was mopped and cleaned however, the unpleasant feeling of having had the toilet overflow and spill onto the floor never left my mind.

Room was flooded again, early in the trip, by an outside source. Remained damp and smelly for many days, even after being reported a number of times. The passage outside of our room was also flooded and smelled atrocious throughout the cruise. Read more
