Many chairs in the Great Outdoors seating outside of the buffet were lacking seat cushions. Seat cushions that were available were generally quite dirty. It would be a simple fix for NCL to replace seat cushions.
The buffet closes early at 9:30 p.m. Would be nice to be able to visit after the 9 p.m. show.
Too many staff looked bored or tired. Just a few were energetic or at least would say hello.
Cagney's was disappointing. Very slow service, food no better than main dining room.
O'Sheehan's wasn't all that good. Need to improve quality.
Large screen in atrium underutilized. Generally just showed NCL advertising.
No bargain shopping in the on board shops, no deal days.
Still overall a good cruise. This issues listed above could easily be corrected. Main dining in Grand Pacific was excellent and service was prompt.Get there at 5pm and get seated without wait. Shows were good. Would cruise NCL again just wish minor issues would be addressed then this would be a 4 star cruise.
One other note, embarkation was a disaster, 3 hour wait in line with no seating. This is not all NCL's isuue but an issue with the Port of N.Y.
