We sailed on the Epic for Spring Break. This was our first NCL cruise. Have done RCCL, Disney and Carnival. I had read a lot on here about the ship before we cruised. We had a great week and enjoyed everything we did on the ship. Thought the food was good in all places and the service was good with the exception of crowds at pool bars. Kids had a great time and enjoyed the sports court and meeting new friends. The only thing that was substantial enough to complain about was the disembarkation. It is a shame that after such a good trip, they leave you on that note. We would sail NCL agin, however, would only sail Epic agin if changes have been made for getting off the ship. We loved our ports of call and had a great time at each of them. We hated to miss the private island , however, that happens.
