We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We had not been to St. Lucia. This cruise was port heavy with 5 in a row. However two days at sea on the way down and 2 days on the way back.
We were with another couple who had not sailed with Celebrity before, This was our fifth cruise with Celebrity. We flew to Ft. Lauderdale and had a day to explore in the city. We went on the Jungle Queen tour and it was great. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn.
Embartation was really smooth no problems.
Our cabin was located mid aft and on the starboard side of the ship. It was really convenient as elevators were close. just go to 14 for buffet or straight to 3 for main dining. It was really convenient. Our room attendant Douglas did a fine job. This is a balcony cabin. the bed was right there when you entered with the couch next to patio door. Our friends were in 9348 and their room was opposite with bed next to patio door. We had room attendant open partition on balcony. That was nice. Shower was great. Water can be very hot so watch it the first time. With concierge we had some canopies around 4 each afternoon. They are nothing to brag about.
