Cabin: Cloud 9 Spa Suite
We had a nice time about the Splendor. Really enjoyed our spa suite and amenities. All the staff with the exception of the bar staff were very pleasant and seemed to always be smiling.
The embarkation process was very smooth and easy. We were among the first 50 aboard so we had first dibs on the seating and buffet. All the staff at the buffet were happy and willing to assist us.
Met our room steward Sharlene.. what a very nice lady! Her and the team did a wonderful and thorough job on our suite every time we left. She came to us the first hour we were there and asked if we needed anything extra (towels, pillows, etc.). Our spa suite was nice and had lots of storage space and extra room. The bigger balcony was nice as well.

Our spa suite was nice and had lots of storage space and extra room. The bigger balcony was nice as well. Wish they had more plugs, but the little power strip helped. Extra room in the bathroom was nice to have.
