We took a cruise on the NCL Breakaway with 4 of our friends, so a party of 6 total in 3 different rooms. All 3 parties in one way or another booked the all-inclusive internet/dining/drink packages and several excursions with a small exception here and there. Overall our group experience was unpleasant. In total this group has been on more than 20 cruises on multiple cruise lines including previous NCL experiences.
Internet:
From day 1 the internet was a problem. 3 members of our group ended up going to the internet café to get help with the internet, and we were unsuccessful. The internet would work for a few minutes or not at all. A few members of our group spent several hours at the internet café trying to find someone knowledgeable to resolve the problems. Finally, on Saturday, the issues were resolved. When you have 20 – 40 people in line for help at the internet café you have 1 or 2 basic problems. Usability of your app and internet connections. Not enough knowledgeable staff to help.
no complains about the stateroom, it was nice and clean.
