Love NCL this is my 3rd cruise in 3 years NCL never dissappoints. Ship was splendid, food was fabulous and the service was impeccable. Our balconey room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint is there are not many areas for smokers, heard many customer complaints. Main dining room service and food was great loved le Bistro was however dissappointed with Bayamo, after waiting all week to celebrate the cruise final night, food delivered to the table was not what was described on the menu. We paid upcharge ahead of time only to have them refund to my onboard acct then they charge you again when dining, we were not informed of this. Took 3 excursion booked on ship, the trip to cocoa beach was terrible, NCL just handles the transfer but it is nothing but a tourist trap. Nassau Blue Lagoon was over crowded with 4 ships in port, it was crowded, no chairs, ran out of food and drink which was included, NCL island was great but tender transfer a little difficult. I always travel NCL and always will, I feel you get 5 star treatment, great service food and entertainment. We loved the Escape and will travel on this ship again if given the opportunity.

We had to wait till 1 hour before sailing to get into our room, it was not ready, when we did get in, the room was not really ready but it was clean. Room was comfortable, beds and pillows are the best.
