Too many unattended children. Children running in halls, children swimming and drinking water in hot tubs. No parental supervision. Princess did not address the children running and being unattended in the hot tubs-sign posted "no children in the hot tubs." Luggage did not arrive to room until 3 hours after we left port. Luggage was being delivered to rooms at 7pm after we left port at 4pm. Food was very good. Buffet had great selections. Entertainment was great. Movies on Demand was awesome. The movies were available on your big screen TV in the cabin after it was shown on-board atone of many locations.

Ship was clean and service in the buffet area was very good for drinks. We had a port issue at the Caymans. We had tenders at the South Port which is rarely used. Waiting for a tender the lines were long in the sun. Princess supplied cold water, a cold rag and umbrellas for the hot sun. Carnival Vista was also at the port and their passengers were not offered anything while waiting in the long line for the tender.

Cabin BB

Our cabin lady never left wash cloths, and we had to ask for ice each day even though she knew we wanted ice.

Port Reviews

Princess Cays

rented floating chairs. The lady at the booth took both my tickets and argued I only had one. I asked to look through her tickets to show her there were two tickets.

Falmouth

This stop could be removed. There were only a few shops and nothing else in the port.

Cozumel

Nothing new here. Lots of shops for shopping. Just walked around and looked.
