We are long time cruisers, but this was our first Norwegian Cruise. We were very underwhelmed; we liked the laid back cruising, but there were not enough activities. The Entertainment staff was severely lacking- they had a trivia on cheese (yes, cheese). We happened to be in Schooners lounge while the cheese trivia was taking place; the staff person couldn't pronounce the cheeses and kept saying how they've never heard of those kinds of cheeses before. Tried to attend the deal or no- deal game to be told there systems were down. Stayed up late one night to watch the magic act, walked out after 10 minutes. We just did not understand the show at all, singing opera while performing magic is impressive, but not very captivating.

We did enjoy the variety of food on-board there were plenty of options. Cagney's was a delight, Moderno was so good we ate there twice (the pineapple is delicious). My favorite dessert the whole trip was the brownie cheesecake from O'Sheehans Pub.

We loved the spa and did not feel pressured by the up-sell after treatment. Enjoyed 4 very relaxing massages and a facial.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Cabin was great. Lots of closet space.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Enjoyed this port very much. Impressed that they had a Harley Davidson (Dad always gets a shirt for watching the dogs) Needed some more umbrellas on the beach.

Costa Maya

We have been to many Mexican ports this was the cleanest and safest I have ever felt.
