Ship was dated and not attractive. Very crowded because it was spring break so lesson for me don't cruise the Caribbean during the March/April time frame. Cabin was verandah on the 8th deck and noise came from decks above and below us. Complained to HAL since I asked if this would be noisy and was assured no prior to booking - gave me a $150 credit when I complained. Cabin was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival - bathroom floor was nasty. Noisy and dirty cabin.

Entertainment and activities were minimal. The same Planet Earth has been on every HAL cruise I have taken in the past two years. Service in the Dining room was great. Dining was good but small portions. Ports OK - Half Moon Cay was great but Amber Cove was a disappointment. Will not be sailing HAL for awhile. Used to be great - this cruise was a wake up call that the line is not keeping up its previous standards.
