This was my husband and my first cruise and it will be the last. We joined a group of 35 family and friends who have done cruises in the past. My husband and I normally stay at 5 star all inclusives. I was expecting a similar experience for the money we spent. Nickel and dimed the whole time. Missed our first port of call due to the boat not leaving port until the middle of the night. Food was mediocre and no variation every morning on the breakfast buffet. Getting off the boat the last day was a nightmare! Close to 2 hours to disembark. We got in line at 7:15am and the line was already wrapping back around the ship with no direction from staff to control the chaotic lines that were forming.

Priscilla show was good but not for children. The show gave many warnings to parents but we were still surrounded by 8 to 12 year old kids. The staff should have not allowed them in.

The boat is clearly understaffed. Had to get our own drinks. Food service was terrible including the Brazilian steak house but at least the food there was very good. It was our only good meal the whole week.
